Is there something fitness or movement related that you wish you could do without pain? If you are over 35 it is likely and if you are over 35 and have been an athlete all your life it is even more likely. What is ailing you? What do you wish you could do again without pain? Having been a trainer for 11 years and seeing thousands of clients the most common issues in my experience are messed up shoulders for men and jacked up knees for women.
